Service Description

NEW CLASS! This brand class will start from April 2023 at The Old Schoolhouse, a newly renovated building in the heart of Morningside. You will be safely guided by Marcela, an experienced Yoga Teacher who has been studying and practising Yoga (and still learning!) for almost two decades. Expect creatively sequenced classes where we will synchronise breath and movement, to help us release tension, build strength and restore the balance in body and mind. This is a welcoming class open to all levels and a safe space to encourage you to breathe and move in a way that feels nourishing and appropriate for your own body. No previous Yoga experience is required. Each class has a specific theme or focus, and offers a carefully designed sequence of poses, incorporating sun salutations, standing and seated poses as well as a guided relaxation at the end. These classes aim to support you re-focus and re-energise both body and mind. This practice will encourage you to find a balance in mind and body that works for you, whilst you gradually develop strength and flexibility. You will leave feeling strong, centred and relaxed to carry on with your day. * Please bring your own yoga mat and props.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings close 2 hours before the class starts. Online classes cannot be transferable to classes in person and vice versa. Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable and they cannot be rescheduled. Bookings cancelled before the start time and no-shows will not be refunded and you will be unable to re-schedule the class. Passes must be used within their validity period and can only be requested to be extended in exceptional circumstances. Marcela de León Yoga reserves right to cancel any classes within a 24 hour notice period. These will not be refundable but can be transferred to another scheduled class.
