WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR YOGA CLASS

  • A Yoga mat and any other props you may like to use (blocks, belts)

  • A jumper or small blanket for relaxation

  • A bottle of water 

  • For Pregnancy classes please bring a small cushion or pillow

  • For Yoga with Babies please bring a blanket for baby

THE OLD SCHOOLHOUSE, MORNINGSIDE

​

  • Hand sanitiser is available. Please ensure you apply upon arrival, when using the toilet facilities and before leaving

  • The venue will be fully ventilated before and after each class and sanitised regularly

  • Enter through the south door, on the left as you come in the gate

  • Please leave your shoes outside the main hall

  • For Yoga with Babies: If you bring a buggy, you can park it in the main hall

  • There is a toilet with a changing table that you are welcome to use at any time for your baby
