WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR YOGA CLASS

A Yoga mat and any other props you may like to use (blocks, belts)

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch freely

A jumper or small blanket for relaxation

A bottle of water

For Pregnancy classes please bring a small cushion or pillow

For Yoga with Babies please bring a blanket for baby

There is a toilet with a changing table that you are welcome to use at any time for your baby
